15379 Autoloader ALE: cassette not installed correctly Trendsetter_400/800_Proofing During the loading or unloading of media, the machine checks that the cassette is properly seated. Confirm that the cassette is properly seated into the proofer. Select RESUME from the workstation dialog box. If the error persists, call Creo service. If the cassette is seated properly then the sensor is not working due to an electrical fault or mis-adjustment. You can read the sensor using the "proof" command. Check the TEE board, sensor adjustment, and cabling. The cassette presence is verified during the load and unload sequence.
